Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Optician to join our team. As an Optician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of optical systems. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses

- Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes and facial features

- Interpret prescriptions written by optometrists or ophthalmologists

- Educate patients on proper eyewear maintenance and care

- Adjust and repair eyeglasses as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in optical technology and products

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of optical systems and procedures

- Proficient in using specialized equipment for measuring eyes and fitting eyewear

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including seniors and children

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and precise fittings

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
